Fire Prevention Inspections
Station 1
Station 1 is located at 3 Elm Street in the Assonet Village section of town. Station 1 was opened in 1948 and was the town’s first purpose-built fire station.
Station 2
Station 2 is located at 157 County Road in the East Freetown section of town. Station 2 began life in 1926 as a car dealership and repair garage.
Station 3
Station 3 is located at 25 Bullock Road in East Freetown and serves as the department’s headquarters and administrative offices.
